When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, organization (optional), the description of your problem or need, and an optional budget range. We also record that you consented to be contacted.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and operation of the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Submissions are stored in our customer-relationship system (Notion), and we may receive an email notification of your enquiry through our email provider (Resend). These providers act as our service providers and process the data on our behalf. Because they operate in the United States, your information may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Under applicable privacy law — including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) — you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or request its deletion. To make a request, contact us through the contact page; we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date below reflects the current version.
